Pool services are not at all effective

This weekend I visited your Edenvale branch to have my pool water tested. With all the recent rains and my attempt at saving a bit of electricity (to save the power grid), my pool went green.

I must admit I was a bit reluctant as the last time I sought assistance from your team I was hugely disappointed, in fact we are in the same situation as we were the last time. Fortunately then a chap by the name of Pieter (and I forget his surname - for a few years I had him on WhatsApp and have since replaced a ****** phone and lost his number) .... He came to my rescue. 2 - 3 years ago. I came to your Edenvale branch after having being a customer for as long as I can remember and experiencing truly amazing service, your team simply dipped the stick in my pool water sample and sent me on my way with some instructions and chemicals. I added them as instructed (it did not cost a lot), the advice seemed sound and I trusted the expertise of the individual given he was tasked with \manning"the pool service desk.

This weekend the same thing happened. I approached the chap who seemed to be uninterested in me and my plight. I explained to him that in the past"
