Please sort your story out Builders

I have opened a builders credit card (RCS) online. I went to activate the card but they were offline. In the meantime the card actually activated.. when i made a new application they said I already have a card but no card in my hand. So we cancelled the card and made a new card. Now when i wanted to use the card both cards are now cancelled. What an embarrasment.
