PLEASE RETURN CALLS AND HONOUR COMITTMENTS

I have a problem with a gift card , I went into Constantia Berg store 4 weeks ago and the customer center supervisor confirmed its valid but the cash needs to be transferred by Head Office and it will be ready next day and she would phone me . STILL WAITING . Went back 2 weeks later and spoke to Gresswill Julies who told me the same story . Never got the call so I emailed him 3 times , got 1 reply confirming it was in process and he will call me . 2 more emails and 2 emails to Nuli at central customer care resulted in NOTHING . I gave them until lunch today to sort or I would send this review
