Plascon Paint pricing at Builders Manaba/Margate

Builders at Manaba/Margate on the KZN South Coast employs a sales manager named Eddie. He has to date twice ignored my query regarding pricing of a Plascon paint product. Not acceptable in my world and most certainly not in my business.
