Plants are dying from neglect at Builders Warehouse

I used to buy plants from Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley's, Garden Centre regurlarly, but lately it seems as if nobody cares about the plants. Most of them are bone dry and dying, even the orchids, which do not need to be watered daily, are wilting. The loss must be tremendous for the company and nobody seems to notice.
