Pensioner's Discount Card Farce and false advertising

The "Wednesday Pensioner's Discount" is a farce. There is a long list of items that are excluded from the discount. I purchased 2 items (neither were on the list of excluded items) nor were they on any "special" (which is also excluded from the 10% discount for pensioners). A written query with the Builders Head office Customer Care resulted in a simple reply stating that the items will only be discounted once it reflects at the point of sale (?) I will take my business elesewhere in future. Thsi company does not even take the time to reply to Hello Peter referrals.
