Peeling Plascon True Colour Paint

I bought Plascon True Colour interior exterior paint which is now peeling off my exterior walls a few days after painting. Builders and Plascon refuse to take any accountability after numerous trips to the store and emails with numerous follow-ups to their customer ‘care’. The agent claims it is paint for the lower end of the market and he would rather recommend another paint even though the paint stipulates exterior use. What does this even mean? Do lower income households then not deserve quality? They further claim that the paint should not be tinted but nowhere on the packaging or in store was this mentioned to us even when we asked. After doing research online I see numerous complaints about this paint from many customers. For such large companies surely you can do better for your customers.
