PAYMENT QUERY NEVER BEEN RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

disgusted in the service, payment query since 3rd February to date no feedback and the query still not resolved. spoke with Devro the call centre manager, he dropped the call and didnt bother to call me back. i am really annoyed, furious and disgusted by their customer service, if this is the way they treat their customers im prepared to close my account with them and never do business with them again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANGRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
