PAYMENT BUT NO DELIVERY

Good day, on 19 November 2021, I went to Makro Polokwane to buy a rug. They did not have the size in stock that I wanted, but the guy that helped me (Theo) said he can order it, I just have to pay first. I paid and he took the quote form and a copy of the slip. He also said it would take about 5 days for delivery. In the meantime I went to the store again, phoned numerous times and still do not have my mat. I went to the store again and spoke to the manager for that department, William, who said to me that it will be delivered on the 7th of December 2021. Every time I phone I struggle for anyone to answer their phones. They say they will call me back, but never do. I want my mat. I paid.
