Pay upfront and wait 2 months for delivery!!!

I purchased 3 internal hollow white doors from Builders Warehouse Edenvale at the beginning of Feb 2015. The original delivery was delayed because 3 of the 8 doors purchased were delayed from the manufacturer (according to the salesman - Stephen). On the day the delivery was scheduled, there was no delivery and no communication to the customer either. After numerous calls, I was informed that there will be an additional 3 days delay as the doors were still coming from the manufacturers in Durban.<br> <br> Eventually the delivery is confirmed and the 3 doors that needed to be ordered arrived and they were wrong. I sent the doors back and was contacted by the store to be informed that they do not have the correct doors in stock and that they would need to order them from the supplier, this would take a month.<br> <br> It is now 2 months later and after dealing directly with the store manager Eddie and the second in charge Emily, I am still no closer to getting my doors. Both the store manager and the second in charge are now both on leave and have not returned one of the numerous messages I have for them.<br> <br> I would like this matter to be addressed ASAP.
