Pathetically poor service

I have been to builders Warehouse 3 times within the last week, each and every time I have waited atleast 15 minutes to be helped. The first time to get a roll of reinforcing mesh it took close on half an hour and I was required to roll the mesh myself because the employee didn't know which material was the correct one. Today I have waited over half an hour already for a piece of hoop iron to be measured and cut (not very difficult as it's 1mm thick by 36mm wide) and I still haven't been helped. They are not even busy today. I'm not the only person having to wait exorbitantly long periods to be helped and how a person can run a company with such poor service is impossible. Would be quicker driving 20 min away from site than to stand and wait for people to help me for half an hour.
