Pathetic, Unprofessional Service

On Sunday I placed an order at the Faerie Glen branch of Builders' Warehouse. Now I am being thrown from pillar to post when it comes to deliring the sand, which is a part or portion of the full-suite of items I had ordered. What also seems to be a client service inconsistency is that the two part deliveries that have occurred thus far happened only late in the afternoon. Further, when I have a query with what is being delivered their driver expects that I should be the one contacting their store for clarity. Further, now that we seem to be finally finding each other, I am told the next delivery will only occur on Tuesday next week. This is despite the fact that I had been assured on Sunday that all will be delivered last Tuesday - we are now sitting on Thursday?

I also find it strange that when I am in conversation with them (Rre Nkosi and every other person I have interacted with in the process of finalising this deal, the Faerie Glen Team keeps pointing fingers towards the Woodlands Team. I thought it is one brand name I was dealing with?
