Pathetic service with online shopping

I ordered and paid from the online store. Only 5 of the 7 items were delivered, one of which was incorrect. I have had no communication about the delivery of the other 2 items,, and now to try and get them to deliver or tell me what’s going o. is impossible, they just don’t respond. They are happy to take your money, but not to provide decent service in return!
