PATHETIC SERVICE - RICHARDS BAY

my husband went to the store to purchase a trimmer staff advised that there is no stock , i went online and i seen the store has 2 in stock. i then tried calling store and it goes to customer care. its now a day later and the store doesnt pick up their calls its terrible service.
