Pathetic Service Received from Builders Warehous - Kempton Park

<p> I am seriously disgusted at the Service we received from Builders Warehouse - Kempton Park yesterday, 1st September 2016. I realise it was Spring Day and everybody was feeling cheerful but NOT at the Cost of Customer Service. We arrived at the store and immediately realised that some sort of celebration was underway with judging of some sort, Workers prancing around in outfits and screaming were the order of the day, generally behaving like hooligans, lifting shirt so you could see underwear. But that’s not the big issue here, If you want to have stuff like this, do it after hours, not when you have customers waiting with absolutely nobody to assist, we went to the gardening section but there was NOBODY to assist, we actually took a phone on the counter and we had to call a number on this phone for assistance, eventually a Guy rocked up but could not help at all, I don’t think he normally worked in this section. This was pathetic to say the least and I will much rather take my business elsewhere.</p>
