Pathetic service indeed

Hello Peter Please help, i am very shocked with the poorest customer service received from builders warehouse. Since the 17 April 2022 im struggling to get Assistance to finalize my online order, i have spoken to almost 10 consultant but no one can assist, today i even went to the shop in cosmo city mall but still i couldn't get this order finalize, yooh can they cancel this order or speak to their merchant to confirm or reverse the order I HATE BUIDERS with passion, we have been in the cold waiting for this Gas heater to be delivered hence we used online system, electricity is expensive.
