Pathetic service from manager and staff at builders wharehouse secunda

I called several times and my call was answered but when they transferred me the phone just rang without any help. I called back and spoke to Hosia one of the managers which told me that he can see that I called 5 times before and still no service was given to me. Is this what our stores are coming to. All I can say is that builders wharehouse secunda renders a pathetic service they should just do what they do best and lie to the public
