PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CRAIGHALL STORE

Hi I purchased a Sievert s/hose nipple torch from the store Craighall 25/09/2025 after using for approx. 3 hours the torch handle started to leak with gas and flame went off i took it the store and wanted a replacement with the manager of the store very aggressive manner that they will not give me a new one or refund me, so i asked him to book the item in for a check i was handed a acknowledge of receopt of goods number 132948 i followed with the store on Monday 06/10/2025 at 12:20 and was told that tey are waiting for the supplier to fetch from the store, i foolowed up agian todat 11/10/2025 11:36 and was updated that they are still waiting for the supplier to collect as Nkatlego she promise to get the store manager to call me as of now no one has called me. I am a contractor and had buy another blow torch to comlete my unfinshed work, my client made it very to that he is not interested about my dealings with Builders Wearehosuse he wants his roof waterproofing to be done immediately or he get another contractor to finosh the woks. This service from builders is very unproffesional as when you buy an item they should check returned item and make a desesion and replace the item as a contractor i need to continue with unfinished work, because i did not purchase that item to sit on shelf oer leave it my bakkie, all i am requesting is for a refund with value of that item can credited on Builders card so i purchase any other item from the store. This service an dattitude from Builders is pathetic, hopefully now someone from head office will cal me urgently as i dint want another blow torch, i have a proof of an invoice for blow torch i purched to continue with my work tx
