Pathetic Service from Builders Warehouse PE

The customer service from Builders warehouse Port Elizabeth is really poor, im frustrated having to wait for my Ryobi Grinder repair and not getting it swopped so that I can continue to work. The manager is poor and cannot make decisions that will keep his clients happy.
