Pathetic service from builders warehouse midrand

I called in at 2pm to get a quote on melamine boards, I WhatsApped the info as requested, after 2 hours, I could not get hold of anyone. Eventually after asking the receptionist to help, I get a call from teboho at contractors counter and I am told it is too late at 345pm to assist me as they are very busy.
