Pathetic service from Builders Warehouse.

Massmart is in serious financial distress and it is absolutely no wonder.

I have been trying to get a quote from Builders warehouse for tinted paints and other items to the tune of approximately R35K, but it seems to be absolutely impossible.

No matter which number you phone, you get through to a call centre with absolutely useless staff, on a telephone system with the worst possible sound / signal in SA.

If you get an operator that can understand basic English, they try to transfer the call to a branch, but absolutely nobody answers.

The one time a branch manager did answer, the signal from his side was so pathetically bad, neither of us could hear the other.

On several occasions I have left messages at the call centre for a branch, ANY BRANCH, to call me back but not once did I get a call back.

I now fully understand why Massmart is in financial distress.

I have never dealt with any business as pathetic as Builders Warehouse.
