Pathetic service from Builders warehouse

Builders warehouse online ordering is a nightmare. I ordered goods on the 8 Jul, it showed that the store had stock and that I should expect delivery within 7 days. When I didn't receive my order two weeks later, I proceeded to cancel my order. It is now the 26 August 2020. My order is still not cancelled after 4 calls from customer service agents. The service from Builders warehouse is extremely pathetic. You deserve no stars honestly
