Pathetic service

Maybe it is unfair to give them a 1 star because they are doing what everybody else in South Africa is doing - Giving bad service. I order and pay for an item online. Builders commit to a delivery date. When they don't make the delivery they make no effort to inform you. It is a case of expect us when you see us. What makes them think that I work for them? The fact that I rearranged my day to cater for the delivery? The fact that I pay them to deliver a service? Or maybe it is because they believe they are big enough not to fail?
