Pathetic service

Bought a heater online, payment successful, received to say my heater is ready for collection, a few minutes after gota call from the Port Elizabeth where I was suppose to collect to say that they out of stock. They agreed to do a refund after 2 days I called them back they told me that a refund was done on my profile, of which that was not the agreement, a gentleman by the name of Dewald Nel gave me his email address for me to send him my bank details,of which that I did. But refund was not done still, I called again last week and was told that I should expect my money this week, it is Wednesday today but nothing, just called two times am told Dewald is on leave this week, that o should go to the store to collect my money, I cannot go to store , I want my money back into my bank.
