Pathetic service By Builders Strubensvalley

Most Pathetic service at Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley I made a purchase on Monday the 30th March spent over R27000 on building materials. I was promised my Delivery will be done Tuesday 31st March. On the 31st they came with an incorrect truck which was said its too big for my driveway. When I paid I paid for 4Ton deliveries which I was charged for. Delivery was around 9am. they left saying they are going to fetch the correct truck. They never returned. Day 1 lost (Contractor on site) 1st April they came delivered a few bags of cement and 1 palette of bricks they promised to bring the rest that day... No delivery was done Day 2 lost (Contractor on site). Thursday 2nd April they came dropped sand and cement plus 2 pallets in the morning ...I complained to say guys I have contractors sitting waiting for material as some are building a wall the others need to work on the house (tiling and ceiling) I need my material as I paid for these guys and they are just standing. I was told Clement is the one scheduling and they will ask him to deliver as its now 3 days. entire day again no contact just dead. I called head office as the line at Strubens is not going through. I was sent to multiple builders till my 4th call and I was told we cant get through to Strubensvalley. around 4 I get a call saying Hi Mr Mdhluli your delivery will happen on Tuesday after the easter weekend. I asked to speak to a manager they couldn't call one. I drove all the way there where Clement was called to come address me. I said he is coming. after 15min the lady called him again he said find another manager I am leaving. (Bull**** service from a manager) another gentlemen came and asked to assist which He requested a truck to be dispatched with some bricks so there is some work to be done over the weekend as my contractor is paid for these days. I have lost time and money through Builders Strubensvalley I paid contractors to come wait on site and leave. Today its Tuesday I am waiting for all my material I had to tell the contractor to come back tomorrow 08.04.26 with a hope that Builders will finally deliver my things which were promised to be done in 1 day but its now 7 days work of work that was to be done by the contractor and I have paid for. Who will compensate me for work days lost? Who will deal with Clement who is a horrible manager (shouldn't deal with clients and deliveries) what will Builders do to fix this mess?
