Pathetic service - Builders Warehouse

Builders Warehouse has been giving me the run-around for an order I placed last week. I was schedule for the remainder of the delivery yesterday. The remainder of the delivery did not arrive. I then received a call this morning from the Northriding store informing me that the remainder of the delivery will arrive this morning, and that didn't arrive either.

Now I'm told that the order has been cancelled!

Sheer, utter incompetence from Builders Warehouse! Such poor management that cannot resolve simple queries and complaints! Unbelievable!
