Pathetic service Builders Warehouse!!!

I placed my first online order with BW and boy oh boy do i regret spending my hard earned money there. My order was placed on the 3rd on June, they promised me within 2 weeks i can collect, its been over a month and they are not giving my money back nor giving me what i ordered. Please spend your money where people will understand the concept of money and time... Pathetic service BW and specifically Cape gate Store, starting at the manager... you should be ashamed of yourself and get a course is professional behavior.
