Pathetic service

I'm writing this as I'm standing in your woodlands store.

I went to atterbury who referred to woodlands because they could not help me. Came to get glass cut, they helped to take my money and then told me to go to the glass cutting side. Got to the glass cutting side just to be told they guy is on lunch. Waiting for an hour now, after being promised to get helped shortly after I paid.

This is pathetic service honestly, guess I'm not going to use builders anymore.
