Pathetic service

I bought a Samsung aircon split unit from builders warehouse boksburg after buying it i had to go to the delivery area and i waited there for 30 minutes because the staff couldn't find the aircon i had to pick up my child from after care and i was late and my child had to wait alone im really unhappy with the builders warehouse procedure i could've carried the aircon directly to my vehicle as it is not bricks and cement there was no need to go wait at the delivery area for that long.
