Pathetic service

Trying to get gas without an exchange can be a challenge as I found out. But I found the 'quickest' option was with builders ****house where they could deliver on 29/9. Well surprise surprise, that day came and gone with no delivery. Two days after the promised delivery I was phoned to tell me they have an issue but will sort it and let me know. Today, 6/10 still no word and when I looked at my order status they just canceled the original order and created a new one with the delivery of 10/10. Bunch of *********** ********. But they get away with this because a) they have my money and b) there is absolutely no repercussions for them if they do whatever they want.
