Pathetic service at Somerset West Builder’s Warehouse: Zaheera, please learn to do your job!

Absolutely pathetic. Zaheera the manager is absolutely useless. Staff beyond ***********. Transaction does not go through and receipt cannot be printed out due to “slow system”. Blazé attitude. Wasting our time and does not get it that we can NO LONGER WAIT!! We have an appointment which cannot be moved. Train your staff to be more competent! And to come up with solutions when they encounter problems like these!! Not to just blame “the system” and say “sorry we cannot do anything”. Shocking! After waiting for how long, we told them to e-mail us the receipt and left with our goods. Why should this be our problem to solve?
