PATHETIC SERVICE AT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE NEWMARKET

should have read all these reviews prior to ordering my stove. Pathetic service I have had and would NOT recommend anyone in my circle to use their online service.

Ordered a stove online from Builders Newmarket 22 March 2022. Guess what it's 03 May today and haven't received my order! Call Centre is useless and clueless.

Come on builder's warehouse you're a big retailer and not a start-up. Communicate let the customers know what's happening with their orders atleast. It's frustrating to spend the whole day home expecting a delivery and nothing comes.. Be professional guys.

Now what, maybe I need to get a refund and take my business somewhere else BUT the question is how long will you take to process the refund? Another month or 2?
