Pathetic Service at Builders Warehouse

Hi everyone. Please do not use builders warehouse ever (Cape Town Century City Branch). Their service is shocking and unprofessional. I ordered a set of shower doors on 1 April and until 12 May it has still not been received. I had called a number of times, spoke to Daneel who promised that the doors would be delivered last week. This did not happen. Then this week i have been following up with Umar and Thambela who made the same empty promises for this week. They promise to call you back but never do. Not once did I receive an email or any form of communication from them to firstly inform me that they were waiting on the manufacturers. I then called again today and spoke to Aza. To date they cant promise if it will be delivered by today or tomorrow. If fact they are totally non committal. It has been 6 weeks since I placed this order. I would never recommend buying anything from them. I even offered a compromise that they give me another set of doors to be delivered today which they rejected. The Manager at the store is Emily Pillay and I was promised that she will call me today. Given my past experience with promises of call backs I highly doubt this will happen. If there was a less than one star rating option, i would give them that. They dont even deserve a one star
