Pathetic service as always!!!!!

I have no words to explain the pathetic service that I got from Builders Kempton Park branch. I bought a door and installation online on the 15th of December 2021 and the delivery and installation was supposed to happen on the 20th of December 2021 at 9am.

I waited for the installers on the said date and no one pitched. I called the call centre number ***and I was sent from pillar to post until I requested to cancel the order. No one could assist until miraculously K****tso Maputla picked up and informed me that I cannot cancel the order and when I informed her of my concerns she hung up the phone. How rude!!!!!!

My husband bought the door and someone installed it as we needed the installation done before 4pm. I was told that I need to go instore to cancel the order by the call centre team. At the store I am told that I cannot cancel the order because their supplier needs to cancel the order 1st. I’m just shocked at the service that I have received and cannot believe that I am treating this way after paying for a service.

All this K****tso and the managers were worried about was going home after making me wait instore for some assistance. To say there’s no customer service skills is putting it lightly. The business needs to invest in training their staff.

Cancel the stupid order and save resources, I don’t want people pitching up at my home to install what I don’t need.

Kleinboy one of the managers tried to assist but he still wasn’t able to cancel the order. No wonder their subordinates perform that way.
