PATHETIC SERVICE and RUDE STAFF

Got to the Store 17h00. STRUGGLED to find help on the floor because the store was "shortstaffed". I had Purchased aircon, Tiles and Ceiling, and Curtains and Curtain accessories. At Each point of issuing a proforma invoice, I was asked if I am collecting or I will require delivery, to which I indicated that I am collecting because I am Drivin out of the province with the items. Was rushed to pay for the items because dispatch was gonna close.. .

After payment the guys at Dispatch flatly refused to load my items because it was rainy, though we had a covered truck.

They ended up literally shutting out my driver in, when he was Tryin to load. And by the way, all the attempts was by himself because staff at builders had supposedly "knocked off.."

I cannot come back tomorrow because these things should be installed at Limpopo the following day. I'm driving out of the province for holidays, meaning I will only get my refund after the holidays...

This is the most Horrible service I've ever come accross... The staff couldn't care any less...

I am so inconvenienced in so many ways, I don't know how to feel. I'm so numb..
