Pathetic service and delays beyond reason

Still waiting for delivery and it’s been more than a month. The Riverhorse store is non cooperative and we have asked the matter to be escalated with no feedback. We need this material in order to complete our construction and are currently held up by builders warehouse. This is the worst service ever. We have tried calling numerous times and nothing helpful is being done! Order number ***
