Pathetic service

Woodlands boularvard branch is useless. We bought a corner shower unit from them online when we removed it from the packaging the one glass panel broke in husband's hands. Fortunately he didn't get cut, when we tried getting a replacement one this branch doesn't answer their phones through the call centre, someone from builders head office I suppect came in to take our case after a week of struggling then it another week to get the replacement part after they stepped in and three days after delivery we started installing the unit we find out they gave us the wrong panel even after we told them what happened. Now we have sit with a half finished shower. I went the next day after reporting it and had a fight and three my toys out of the cot with 2 mangers to get it replaced and was tolf they will only deliver it on a Wednesday which may three weeks of trying to finish this shower and the one Manger accused my husband for breaking the panel where he didnt and after getting more enraged they said they will make plan just for me to deliver the new panel on Monday because they don't deliveries on a weekend. This is so pathetic and it's not the first time we have with this branch I sent a complaint before and they said the branch Manger wil contact me back 6 months later the branch Manger still hasn't called me back.
