Pathetic service

I placed an order online with the Midrand branch on the 19.10.21, my order was to be delivered on 20.10.21, when I did not receive my order I phone the branch to get put through to the call centre who then told me that my order will be delivered on 22.10.21, again when my order did not arrive I phoned the branch and got through to the call centre, who couldn’t help me and advised that they will get the store to phone in what the delay is with my order, I haven’t received a call back its now 26.10.21, I have sent an email and had no response so I had to phone and ask what feedback there is regarding my email which they haven’t even opened or acknowledged until I now had to call again to find out what is going on! We tried the store again today 3 times for the phone to be put down in my ear and no solution to my damn delivery that has not arrived! I have asked for a refund and then get told they have to cancel the order in order to proceed with the refund, what **** is that, if you do not deliver a product or you do not have stock you communicate this with a client and you offer a refund or an alternative product to the same value! Builders you are useless and seriously lack client service. I have been a loyal builders client for many years, but what does loosing another client mean to you, nothing!
