Pathetic service

Appalling service received form Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley. After placing an order on the 8th of February and my order was supposed to be collected today. When I got to the Builders in Strubensvalley I was told that my order was still not ready by this rude guy by the name of Siyabonga at the counter. What upsets me the most is that I called the sore on Friday to confirm that my order will be ready on Sunday and they said yes it will be ready and today I was told that they don't do collections or deliveries on weekends. If you guys can't handle online sales just leave for people who can and also give training to your staff on how online orders or sales work!
