Pathetic service

Ordered online on the 25/05/2022 and was assured delivery would be on the 30/05/2022. Had builders waiting to start work and guess what no delivery. Contacted customer service numerous times and was promised a call back, guess what no call back. I have placed online orders numerous times with Leroy merlin and it's worked without any issues, my suggestion to Builders warehouse if you can't do something right don't offer the service
