PATHETIC SERVICE

It is unfortunate that I actually have to give you guys a star in order to actually write my review, as your service is so pathetic. I have requested assistance regarding a product you have advertised on your website, but that is not available at any of your stores: on my online profile more than a week ago, still no contact or feedback. I have also been in conversation via email with Rowena Pritchard at the Constantiaberg branch on the 6th March 2020, regarding the item I wish to purchase. She informed me that the product has to be ordered and that she would call me on the 9th March 2020. STILL NOTHING, its the 17th today. This is one of many incidences of poor service from Builders warehouse.
