Pathetic service
Good day. I am receiving pathetic service from Builders Warehouse. I placed an order last week which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I received a confirmation message that the delivery was made but I received none. I was called the next day and the lady told me that it was too late for the driver to get home and couldn’t make the delivery. I then arranged to be home today to receive it and still no delivery. Called in several times and was assured that I would receive my delivery at 16:00. Now 18:00 and still nothing. Ridiculous and pathetic. Now my building project is in hold.

I called the store again and these F$%kers don't know what the hell they are doing. Apparently, mt delivery went to the wrong place and now, they want to correct this on their side instead of providing me with my delivery as any one in a customer service space should do.
Please may I request an immediate refund so I could take my business elsewhere and rid myself of this kind of incompetence and lack of consideration
