PATHETIC service

I bought a new generator on 10 Nov 2021 and it was delivered on the 12th. It started once and then the electric starter jammed. I phoned and was promised a replacement would be delivered on Saturday 13th. Nothing happened on the 13th so I went back to the shop on Sunday 14. Was promised the replacement would be delivered on Monday the 15th. Again a no show and not even a phone call. This service is PATHETIC!
