Pathetic Service

On 07/09/23, my dad had been to Builders Warehouse at The Crescent, at approximately 10am. At the entrance of the store, there is a little shed with plants and a sign above the shed which says "Less 50% off on plants". He viewed the plants and two trays of seedlings caught his eye. These were Bogonia seedlings. He walked into the store and spoke to the floor assistant. He told her he wanted to purchase those seedlings from the shed and that he needs her to see that he took it from the shed and not inside the store.

He immediately went to the cashier to pay for those seedlings and then he was told that it's not 50% off. He asked her why was it put in the shed if it's not marked down. Her reply was that another customer must have placed it there. He told her that it's strange for a customer to take the seedlings from inside the store, pass security and place it outside in the shed.

A manager named "Sher" apologized to my dad and told him that he cannot honor the price. This is actually the second time my dad had this issue at this same store.

The supervisors and managers have a give a damn attitude towards customers and often nowhere to be found. Builders Warehouse needs to properly train their staff before employing just anyone.
