Pathetic Service!!!

What an Absoluut waste of time and Money!

I bought a Rayobi Generator 2 weeks ago.

Started it and it ran smoothly for 1 hour. After that it just does not want to start at all.

Took it in to Builders they "fixed" it today tried starting it again, once again without any luck.

So,,,, back again to Builders Cape Gate. They have to book it in as they cant test it.

Then put me on the Phone with a Rayobi tech guy, after explaining the situation, He cant even help.

How absolutley pathetic is that!!!

Its a brand New machine. Now the Client has to sit with the inconveniance!!!!
