Pathetic service

I have bought wood on te 1 /11/2025.Requested that be delivered on the 6/11/2025. Delivery never took place. Called them after numerous calls and holding excused were used due to rain could not deliver. It only started raining 1pm. They then promised for following day once again after numerous calls and holding were told could not deliver. The rain only started 3pm. The dispatch/delivery department do not even answer their phones. Asked for a manager no answer. Worse service ever received. No one communicate on the delivery.
