PATHETIC Service!!!!

Good day. I really am so disappointed in the service I am receiving at Builders Warehouse Tygerberg. Firstly Rodney Davids does not know how to speak to customers. We opened an account at Builders recently and placed many orders at Builders. We asked for a quote for roof trusses, but to date did not get anything. According to Rodney he sent the quote the next day as discussed, but we did not get anything because it was sent to an incorrect email address. How do you do business with your customers? Should you not follow up with customers to make sure they received the information. I had to phone back today (16/02/2016) to ask why I did not get the quote yet. According to Rodney he does not deal with customers directly and it sounded like he was doing me a favour by contacting me.If your job is not to deal with customers while doing your work, how do you do your work then? Another thing I left a complaint on this site, but did not get any feedback if it was resolved....Really pathetic service really!!!!!
