PATHETIC SERVICE

I visited the store on monday to make application for finance and I waited 15 minutes to be help by ZANELE<br> I was told my application is going to be fax to the RCS CARD and I have to wait for sms within 2 days.<br> Two days passes without getting any sms or call about the application,I phoned to speak to ZANELE 2 times on wednesday and she was on lunch and today (thursday) I phoned to ask about my application and she is still unvailable.I went to the store to find the outcome AND my application WAS on the TABLE AND STILL NOT FAXED ...I ended up requesting documents so I can faxed /email RCS Myself...
