Pathetic Service

13.30hrs, 27th June 2019, I purchased a glass mirror at the Kempton Park branch. The service was pretty pathetic and no one seemed to care.There was no one to provide the service at the glass cutting station. I was taken from pillar to post for a good 35 minutes and even the department manager himself couldn't help up until I demanded a refund. The demand of a refund only woke the manager up,that's when someone came to provide the service. Surely, training needs to be invested in the personnel in order the improve the already deteriorating service. The til do their job as if they are doing the customer a favour. Overall, service at this branch is 0/10
