Pathetic service

I went to the store yesterday to purchase a 3m length flat aluminum bar for some work that i need to do. I needed it to be cut in half in order for it to fit in my car so I was told that once I pay I can take it to the back area where they do all the cutting, so this is what I did. When I started asking the staff members who were just standing around in the area where I can get the piece cut I was told that the machine to cut this is not working so they cannot cut it. I mean this is a builders warehouse where they sell equipment for cutting this material!!! I told them that a machine is not required and a hacksaw can be used. I was then told that they don't have one that they can use and again my thoughts, this is builders warehouse where they sell this equipment!!! I even approached a \Manager"who was pointed out to me after I told them to get me a hacksaw and I will cut the thing myself. Even the manager told me that they can't do it because the cutting machine is broken"
